IIHM Launches Pastry and Cooking Institute and First-Ever Chocolate Hotel


IIPC’s very first unique “Chocolate Hotel” is set to open its doors in bangalore. A hotel, café, banquet, rooms and buffet designed, inspired and themed around chocolate is an incredible and unexplored field. The new hotel will have its own chocolate café and a chocolate buffet where the best international chocolate brands will display their products. Chocolate lovers will also be able to see, taste and buy a variety of items which will be available at the chocolate exhibitions which will be held here from time to time.

The good news for young culinary talents aspiring to become pastry chefs or housewives who want to master the art of chocolate making is that IIPC will be launching special courses to learn chocolate making. Interested persons are invited to come to the hotel, stay six days and learn the art of chocolate making. This is a residential program open to all interested applicants.

The hotel rooms will also be chocolate-themed. Chocolate exhibitions showcasing the best chocolate brands and their products. It is the very first institute of India promote culinary tourism. The attempt is to make The Chocolate Hotel a destination for vacationers.

The IIPC will offer nine months and a six month pastry certificate course which will also have the residential option. IIPC will also offer weekend courses and personalized residential courses for older students.
