Luxury spa opening in Alsager’s top hotel in time for Easter – here’s a sneak peek

A luxury spa with a 15-meter serenity pool and a Finnish sauna and steam room opens its doors in one of the best hotels in the region. The first phase of the spa development – within the grounds of the Manor House Hotel, in Alsager – opens from Thursday 14 April. All of the landscaping will be completed by the fall.

Three new treatment rooms have been built in the original farmhouse, including two for double care and one single. There is also a quiet relaxation lounge for post-treatment care. The Salt Shed – in the outdoor courtyard – offers a wall of Himalayan salt, a cauldron of lavender and ergonomic seating where guests can relax in 40-degree heat with a guided meditation session.

Hotel General Manager Jessica Mellors said: “The development of our beautiful new spa is part of our mission to become a premier leisure destination and bring an exciting new spa experience to the region. The new spa complements our successful AA Rosette hotel and restaurant offering and will enable us to offer guests a broader wellness experience.”

The English Spa Garden – which remains under construction – is expected to open in the fall. It will include a panoramic sauna, steam room, thermal pool and outdoor vitality pool, as well as heated outdoor sensory lounge areas.
