Sales records set on Mondrian Gold Coast residences


Contracts have been signed and traded for 84 homes at Mondrian Residences Gold Coast that are part of Vitale Property Group’s mixed-use development in Burleigh Heads, the developers said.

The six-month sale period saw $ 231 million worth of permanent residences change hands, representing two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, including nine “heavenly houses” and 11 penthouses. The branded residences are part of the Mondrian Gold Coast, the first branded residence in Australia managed by Accor under its Mondrian brand.

The residences sold for between A $ 799,000 and A $ 11.7 million.

Residents of permanent residences will be able to access all of the hotel services available to short-stay guests, including 24-hour room service, concierge, private car, and a number of benefits available only for guests. permanent occupants.

Gaurav Bhushan, CEO of Accor Global, Lifestyle Brands, said the sales levels mark a milestone in the evolution of the Mondrian brand and demonstrate its global appeal to residential buyers.

The resort-style hotel has an oceanfront swimming pool.

“This reinforces our belief that branded residences are an integral part of Mondrian’s growth strategy here in Asia Pacific and around the world,” said Bhushan.

The apartments in the complex have sold for amounts ranging from AUD 799,000 for the two-bedroom apartments to AUD 11.8 million for two one-storey penthouses. The majority of buyers (70%) were based in Queensland, with 60% coming from the Gold Coast itself. Sydney buyers accounted for 10% of sales, of which 20% came from Melbourne.

Residences sold range in size from two bedroom to full story penthouses.
